I have worked in a project for more than 1.5 years now for a non scripting tool. Feel no learning and skill enhancement here.Can I get my project changed. QA Automation. Will there be any consequences if I do so?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Returned from maternity leave, I was offered a Revenue Operations Project Manager. I was given a 4% raise (next to nothing), I was asked to sign the paperwork upon my return which was strange. On day 1, got to know almost 4% raise was given to the entire company as compensation adjustment due to inflammation. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply?
