What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?
Anyone up to case this weekend?

Anyone with recent experience recruiting for Boston Consulting Group? Got in touch with a recruiter through referral, was directed to submit an application and already finished my pymetrics. Anyone know when I would be able to hear back and what the hiring timeline looks like? Recruiter suggested to get back in a few weeks but isn’t it too slow? McKinsey sent me an invite for 1st interview in a few days after they received my referral.
McKinsey & Company I did my final round with McKinsey today, and I I received a rejection call from the partner today. However, he said I did really great and wants to keep in touch with me. He also mentioned that I should reapply in 6 months. Does anyone have any similar experience? Do I have a better chance if I reapply next time?McKinsey & Company

I wouldn’t worry about your offer - reneging opens Pandora’s box and all MBB now that.
Regarding opportunities though, YES, those are more limited in recessionary environments. You’ve skipped the last ~6 months of slower business though, which is helpful.
Basically, for at least the start of the year, you should expect more bench time, which means fewer learning opportunities.
And no one knows how long this will last. If it persists, promotions at the margin will get a bit harder.

Nothing that’s interesting, insightful, or different than normal environments. Keep doing good work when you get the chance.
