I’m interviewing for a few Manager positions now and have been asked to give an annual base salary range. One company quoted $115K-$175K. (For reference I have ~2.5 years of experience, am located in D.C., and have a JD and MS). I would be grateful for any advice!

I have 2 offers:

One is in internal audit, $89k (middle of pay grade), 10-17% annual bonus, around 40 hrs a week and rarely any overtime.

The other is a senior accountant role, $86k (high end of pay grade), 10% annual bonus, 40 hrs a week except for period closings (45-50hrs).

What would you do?
