FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?

I’ve done a ton of research and the derm I’m most interested in going to charges a $150 consult fee but does NOT apply that cost to any treatments you get, whereas from my research it seems like derms in my city usually do apply the consult fee to the treatments. I have a 25K loan from my MBA. I paid off 100k whole, after graduation. 3 years ago, I moved my loan from federal to private ( SOFI) account. I recently lost my job. I have applied for unemployment, as the severance that I received will only cover for 2 months. Together my husband and I used to make less than 250k after tax. Now, with a loss of pay , we are going to make less. Do you think I will be eligible for Loan forgiveness?
