Taking my shot in tech sales. Consulting was great experience but enjoyed the relationship and BD aspect more and didn’t see myself climbing to partner. Starting in a junior BD Rep role to learn prospecting and earn quota history. Took a big paycut for the potential future earnings as an Account Exec. Did I dun goof? Probably. But I’ll regret it forever if I didn’t take my chance now when I’m still single and young-ish.

What should be expected package for Senior Bizops Engineer.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. I work at a start-up ~150 employees, we're remote first. Within the last year we've had a lot of turnover, most everyone I started with is gone. Plans are a mess and I the UX Designer keep getting left out of client feedback calls, user testing, and basic research by the new PMs. After voicing that I would like to be a part of these calls so I can talk to and hear from clients nothing has changed. I've even asked for notes or recordings of the session. Nothing.

Any advice on what to do now?
