And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. And no talks of a promotion / raise..

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Hello, Need an advice on my offer from Deloitte. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left. My current company will file H1 for me. I got an offer for a consultant role at D with 25$k extra than my current salary and 10$k sign in bonus but I am currently working as a Sr Con.
