I am in Infosys for almost 19 years and moved to Program Manager role recently. My salary reached to 32 lac with fix part 24 ans variable as 8. I am getting an offer from Erricsson Indian Global private services of 42.2 lacs with 37.5 lacs as fixed component. Infosys is trying to make it close to 40 - however fixed will be close to 30. What shud I choose

One, is under a freelance umbrella company where I would work on many accounts and get great experience.
The second, has a base salary and is something I find interesting- but I’m concerned that that the OTE won’t be as much. Any thoughts or advice?

I work for University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, have a masters, just completed two certifications and I make $10,000 less than a coworker who has less experience, only has a BS, and none of the certifications. In process of buying a house, both my surveyor and specialist damp contractor found damp under kitchen tiles (In the grout) & in skirting boards and up one wall. Sellers had work done initially in 2014 on the wall only(with garuntee) & their company has visited and assured there is no damp… what is next best course of action, get another damp specialist to examine independently of other reports?
