Citius Tech. I asked for 30LPA. HR said it's not at all a problem.
Manager was fine with my profile in 2nd round and he said he will move to next client round. HR mailed me next day like like the client band is less and working on it.

Yesterday the HR replied that they can't match my expectation and thanks for applying.

Hare yaar. It's you who called me. I purposely said if you have budget proceed. Without even knowing that these HR's are working. Time waste for their employees too.

I later learned that he was making double my salary. I know it's not an employee's job to fix pay inequity by sharing their salary figures, but I'm still of the opinion that it helps uncover pay gaps. Hi folks, currently an M - soon to be a SM in a B4 consulting - getting an offer for principal CSAM in Microsoft - 190K base, 25K joining bonus, 100K RSU
