I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.

Hey guys! Currently in WM ops at Morgan Stanley for the past 1 year dealing with alternative lending, I’m super underpaid with 3 years of experience which is very frustrating. (73k). Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.
