Required Education. Almost all jobs nowadays requires a bachelor’s degree (rarely substitute by experience). If an applicant has all the job requirements, but lacks the education, are they automatically disqualified or filtered out? How flexible is HR with education if it is a requirement?

I just had an employee tell me they are on the verge of quitting due to burnout- actually going to quit but was told to talk to HR for options (we don't have any in place). The manager wants to keep them as they are one of our best employees. Any recommendations on how to help alleviate burnout when the cause is from customers rather than the company? Is it worth it to let the employee leave and spend months looking for a replacement causing more stress/burnout with others?
I need to learn a new way to speak about process improvement and efficiencies. I’ve learned I have a knack for this but it seems like such common sense to me that I struggle articulating this to people who just don’t get it. I have no certifications and have no interest in getting one… Also, can you actually teach process improvement to people who don’t get it or is this just a DNA thing. Help? :)

Looking for advice on the next step. So I started at my company just over 2 years ago as an entry level Sales admin with a split role and at the beginning of this year I moved fully into Sales Support and I'm kind of at a point where I coordinate and support the activity of my team, I fully process all orders and manage/maintain our CRM system, provide monthly & quarterly reports for our senior management team. Is this it? Am I at the top end of this role and need to ask for more progression?

I have been unhappy about my current job for a bit now, been at the company for almost 10 years, and have started looking for a new job. I have a solid job offer on the table, but a newer PE group just reached out and are looking for a high level either VP or Director of retail sales (my specialty). I am more interested in this private equity group as I would get to build a whole team and really make a retail strategy but they are newer so I am unsure the stability. Thoughts on working for a PE?
