sunscreen… and that’s it. I’ve learned to use makeup time for more sleep, which is honestly the best skincare
No makeup since being forced back into the office. Hair is always in a ponytail too. I’ll go into the office but I’m not wasting time on my appearance after spending 2.5-3 hours a day commuting. 🤷🏻♀️
Moisturizer with SPF and some mascara. I refuse to buy into the idea that I have to have a full face to look “put together”.
Sunscreen + some mascara occasionally. Have noticed most women don’t wear any makeup at all to work at least at BLK
To you and the others that responded, what age range are you? Do you have kids? I never really wore makeup to work before having kids but I feel like post having a kid I more often have under eye circles/bags and just generally look sleepy. (I’m 34)
Moisturizer, chapstick, and maybe some mascara if I’m really feeling it. Haven’t done full makeup for work in 5 years and my skin is so much healthier, so I’m not going back to that.
36 with 2 kids — if I have bags under my eyes then people will know I am a human with little kids and sleep deprived and hopefully not ask me too many dumb questions that day.
Maybelline Super Stay products stay in place all day long. Most shades are matte, so it can be a bit drying. Topping with a moisturizing gloss/oil during the day or wearing a restorative balm overnight can help.

Tinted moisturizer, under eye concealer, fenty contour stick on cheeks and eyes, mascara, eye brow fill in and a little blush... not a full face, takes about 5 minutes but I feel put together.
Wow, that sounds like a full face to me! Good for you if you can do that in 5
