Mine is that ME isn’t necessarily a jack of all trades, it just gives you the impression as such but I’ve found that picking up skills outside ME is difficult

Hey y’all. I went through an exceptionally traumatizing experience a few years ago that has totally & utterly shattered my confidence, self worth, self esteem etc. I have a hard time portraying my work experience + deserving of a new role.
