What’s your most OCD behavior?

I have done a big mistake by joining EY.. I regret daily.. i don't know where I am going n what I am doing.. they have made me sick n mentally ill.. even I want to cry but i m not able to do.. just want to left this organisation but not able to do so because of the market condition.

Please advice me what I can do to cope with all this?

Just taking the opportunity to get current. Sober 3 years and 10 months. This past couple weeks have been stressful and my mind slipped into fantasizing about my drug of choice. Anyone have a smart scale they like? I just got this Withings scale and it is all over the place with the body fat measurements. A good 8 points higher than the inbody at my gym.
