I’m using nearpod a lot. Both live and student paced. But I’m soon going to run into a snag with my intro students since there is no way to teach hand drafting virtually.

I’m very fortunate to be in a trade area that is heavily computer reliant, we use a lot of web tools and slow things down in the curriculum, so we are teaching the same lessons for coding and such.
I will write meaningful assignments. For example, I created a powerpoint on vegetarianism. Now, their assignments are to locate five main dish vegetarian recipes. They also have to tell me is it is raw vegan, ovo-vegetarian, etc. They are also to locate one smoothie recipe that does not use any dairy in their recipe.
