When you leave the firm what happens to your Amex points ? I also have a personal Amex card, can I transfer the points from my corporate card to the personal account ?

I seem to have over contributed to my HSA by ~$50. Is it even worth it to withdraw if my HSA charges $20 for processing an excess distribution request?
