What do you mean do you actually use it? Actually what do you also mean by how much is the policy enforced?

I can’t speak for other firms, but if you’re at EY, don’t use a personal card for work expenses. Not worth it.

Depends on the firm you work for.. but, I use it for the items it’s required for (which isn’t everything) in order to make sure I’m reimbursed without significant delay/hassle. I’m signed up for Amex Rewards to get those points.
At Accenture I only use my personal card no difference in reimbursement and I can choose what card I want to use. I didn't like the amex gold card benefits.
My corporate Amex gives me 1x for everything, and we’re only allowed to use it for business expenses. Flip side is we get to keep the point. My personal cards give me way more points, so I use my personal cards
