Where can I find reasonable work/life balance in cyber? I love the work, but want to focus more attention on family/friends.

Background is IR and strategy, ~8 YoE, CISSP. I generally interview well for manager and senior manager level positions.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

How do I get WLB?

I am a Senior Program manager and I am interested in doing a certification related to program management to advance my career and increase in compensation. I am thinking PgMP certification vs Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. Let me know what certifications you plan to take or already took in a program manager role, why you took that specific certification, any benefits you received after taking that exam and how difficult was the exam etc.,

Is an MBA considered an insurance policy from a work perspective assuming you go to a Top 20 program?

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

People joining TCS at Senior Consultant designation with 12 years exp, with no MBA degree or even from with exceptional experience in niche technologies is truth these days.

Existing employees with 20 years exp working on presales consulting, winning millions of dollars of projects in RFPs, delivering multi million dollar assignments are still not getting promoted and paid in peanuts

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Best ways to create a realistic, healthy work environment?

Do you work the holidays into your lesson plans this time of year? Or is it too much of a distraction from your routine? Teaching a SPED music class this year and the students have finally *mostly* become comfortable in the room and with the instruments + noise. We usually work on the same songs each week for one month, but I'm thinking of switching it up and doing Christmas/Holiday songs next week as a send off into break.
