Where do people look if they want a white collar job in the cannabis industry? All of the cannabis industry-centric job boards I've looked at only list entry and mid-level retail and trim operations. What about stuff like copywriting and advertising? I never see openings for those.

It'd be great to contribute my skills toward a growing industry I am passionate about.
