Novogradac is probably the best, they also have a podcast. CohnReznick has some info. You may also find a lot from affordable housing developers and industry organizations - they will likely have more case studies on actual projects. A few years ago I found some decent YouTube videos that explained the industry at an entry level. I’m spacing but there are also a number of legal firms who focus in that industry who may also publish white papers.
Sorry I missed the emphasis on audits, for HUD regulated properties they publish guidance. a lot of states also publish guidance for the audits.
