Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?
I have another offer from CTS 23 fixed + 1.5 variable

After my Interview round now after 2 months received a mail from EY GDS HR to share a few documents on mail.
Does this mean I got selected or something else?

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm. My manager rated me highest in all areas and mentioned she recommended me for promotion but it may not happen until next cycle since there are limited number of promotions to give. I will get a pay increase regardless so I want to negotiate in case I don’t get a “good” increase.

Which company is better, EY or IHS Markit. Got an offer of same CTC from EY which IHS is giving as fixed. Apart from that IHS has variable of 15 percent.

All are offering same CTC, with slight difference of 1-2 LPA. So Money is not the point here.
