Hi Fishes - Recently I got offer from SAP labs YOE - 14 years Tech stack - Java, AWS, devops & microservices Current CTC - 20 LPA (current year appraisal is pending). SAP offer TCTC - 54.4 LPA Fixed - 36.5 + 6.5 variable+4 joining Bonus+1.6 stocks per year. Benefits - 5.8 (higher education is 5 lakhs which is almost useless). USA offer is 85k USD, however it is not from my current company. It is from consultancy. So, I need to bear insurance myself. Can you please help which is better offer?

Apparently some states are wanting teachers to post online all the curriculum materials they are using & their lessons plans. It is for transparency. I have no problem posting all of that online. But it does open up opportunities for our lessons & materials to be scrutinized out of context. I truly believe it’s another way to undermine teachers. It allows people who know nothing about teaching to tell us how to do our job. This all started with CRT phobia.
