Agency producer here. I have an interview with an in-house agency tomorrow and I’m trying to prep myself/anticipate questions that the Exec Producer will ask. Any sample questions you guys can think of? I feel so rusty, it’s been over 5 years since I’ve interviewed anywhere. Very much appreciated!

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. Driving now too ends up hurting :(

I started randomly dry heaving and almost vomiting in the recent weeks several times on different days. Nothing’s changed except a new job that’s been stressful. Anyone have this? I have a vomit reaction when I’m under a lot of stress but it’s usually just a one time thing and it doesn’t happen again. This has gone on for nearly 10x over 3 weeks and I’m getting worried.
