Eygds : approx 14 LPA , 12.7 fixed + 10% variable ( Noida Location )

Cognizant : 15.8 LPA , 15.3 fixed + 45k variable ( banglore location )

My hometown is in chandigarh.

YOE : 4.3 years , tech stack : node js , react js , javascript

Is anyone applying to in-house jobs and wondering how to find out salary range before investing too much time with interviews? I would like to avoid asking about salary up front but I don’t see any other way to find this information.
