Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Agree… half bath… bathtub to shower conversion could push some families off… and a patio, is a patio…
Do not change the bath tub to shower only. That will hurt resale. People with kids need bathtubs.
I second this, I actively avoided standing showers even though I didn't have kids because I wanted kids in the future.
3 bedrooms with only 1 bathroom upstairs seems like it could be a nightmare. Assuming this is 5 real bedrooms (not inc. small office like rooms) another bathroom would add value for potential renters and resell. Extended patio doesn’t seem to add much true value. Changing a tub to shower shouldn’t take priority if your bed/bath ratio is hurting.
There’s already 3 full baths with 2 bath tubs and 1 standing shower

Not an expert, would would compare to houses in the neighborhood that have been remodeled and consult with realtors on what buyers are valuing. I think expectations / tastes vary by neighborhood.
I don’t think any of these improvements will really matter to me, as a renter I wouldn’t pay more for any of them and as a landlord it’s just cost for no return.
