This isn’t helpful but do you get perks for the resort job? (Like a free stay at the resort)
Discounted stays in rooms is one of their better perks, outside of the normal benefits.

@Crowe Horwath: Would it matter if my experience in public has been with a small firm that only deals with microcap entities? I was thinking EB since they would have a much bigger client base than my current firm has. However, this EB office has no clients in public.
Imo you have a better chance to move up through industry starting at at accountant rather than getting a couple more years PA experience close to manager level
But it also depends on the size of this company and what upward mobility looks like
