Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?

Oh my God 😂

Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Rich people problems
Give me the one you don’t take. Each sound like it’s worth the work and is an improvement to my current situation.
B.
I wish you all the success in the world. I’m sure you worked hard to get these two offers.
So you’ll be making $1mill a year after 2-3 yrs at B vs. a potential one time payout of 760-1.5mill in 4 years in A? Seems kinda obvious
Would be more like after 5-10 years ramping up over time if things are going well
Spreadsheets are your friend here.
Define worst, base, and best scenarios and see what you would choose under each. Make a decision that you won’t regret if things go wrong or the other option goes rocket high
A seems short term with not much more to gain and still a good amount of risk (declining industry)
B seems healthy with the same comp and way stronger long term potential all around (career years and comp)
I would go with B if I'm going based off what you've written even though it may feel like the harder choice to make
Thanks for your thoughts!
A -
Why?
Option c.
For those saying A or B can you expand how you are thinking about the decision? Struggling with it. I know I am fortunate to have two good options, just don't want to make the wrong decision. Thanks for your input
A hands down !
Why?
What’s the “more risk”?
More risk is that option B is a new team, I don't have any political capital and if I don't perform/drive revenue there is a risk the upside is never captured or is captured much later. While at A I have a solid reputation/less risk but there is sub-industry risk and I am near capped out in terms of comp
What industry is this?
Pharma?
How liquid are the equities in both scenarios?
In option A, illiquid unless I leave
