Thanks all for your input. My challenge is that this is my second transfer. And for the first one, which resulted in a successful pregnancy, I had dull cramps that would come and go pretty frequently during the tww.
I had one day of cramping during the first successful TWW. I had zero symptoms, no cramps during the second successful TWW. So - the absence of such does not mean anything!
I didn’t have any symptoms after the FET that worked!
I didn’t have any symptoms until week 7.
Adding to clarify: this is after FET success. Felt noting during the 2 week waiting period
I didn’t have any symptoms in the TWW for the FET that worked for me.

I did IUI not FET, but I felt absolutely nothing and just the same as all the prior failed cycles 🤷♀️
I did not have many symptoms during the 2ww either. Just some mild cramping
Pro
I had zero symptoms during the 2 week wait all 3 times I’ve been pregnant (some continued (some didn’t). When I symptom spotted, I just drove myself crazy.
Sorry to tell you, Que sera sera; nothing you observe will make you any less or more pregnant.
On a positive note, I’ve always seen a faint, real line at 10 DPO (for 5dpt of 5 day embryo- same thing). The many times I’ve not been pregnant, the line has been stark white. So you can usually see if you’re pregnant sooner than you think and pre blood test, if you want to.
Like everyone else said - symptoms can vary or be nonexistent. For me, I had pretty intense cramping that started the night after my embryo transfer. I had a fully hatched embryo so I think it implanted immediately. It was sharper and more painful than period cramps but in the same location. It woke me up at night. Toward the end of the two weeks I was at work and had to go sit in a conference room alone for a second when the pain was super intense.
Beautiful to hear, thank you and congratulations
