My employer is based in China, while I am in France. I remotely manage a global sales team, with team members from around the globe. They all work remotely as well.

It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

Hey all! My organization is looking to hire an Account Manager/Director/Customer Success person that will be managing junior consulting resources with clients. They will be placing them with those clients and then managing them. Are there any roles like this out there in the ecosystem or that maybe some of you are currently in? Is anyone else returning to fully in person learning? We have been hybrid/synchronous since September, which has been very hard and not very effective. They want us to have all Kindergarten students come back in March.
