Like a portfolio review in reverse, creative leaders will share work they created when they first started out and critique it as if were a book that had just landed in their inbox. Then, tell us if they’d hire their younger selves knowing, and expecting, what they do now.
Drop in for get the chance to ask questions, and get your book reviewed by our guest. Hope you can make it!

Because the don’t want to talk to you
Ping anyway? 🤷🏾♀️
Invisible is the move
Because they think they’re more important than they and that their time is more valuable than it is
It allows me to decide if I actually want to talk with you, majority of time when someone pings me it's not to shoot the shit
So you can never tell if they are present or not
I don’t care if it says in a meeting or on a conference call, I’m messaging the person if I need to.
Don't ping, just email
Just switched to invisible
I ping them regardless. To me "away" means that I might or might not hear back from them right away. Even "busy" or " don't disturb" can't stop me from pinging then
I'm always on "appear offline" because nobody needs to write me via chat. My project team knows I am around and all the other people in the company can write an email or call.
I appear “offline”... those who know me, know I’m typically there and will reply. It dissuades only those with less urgent questions
Hate the away move, shows an inability to manage time.
