Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Never say never but I know hiring managers that reject all resume over 1 page

I almost guarantee you’re not experienced enough to justify a 2 page resume. Your resume is meant to be a high-level rundown of your experience. You can discuss the specific details as talking points once you get to the interview. There are accomplished CEOs out there using a one-page resume. I highly advise you to trim it down.

My point still stands. They’re still framing experience in the most impactful and relevant manner possible.
I guarantee you unless you’re a boomer no one will respect two page resumes

Worked for me. Coming from industry.
Try to get a contact or talk to someone at the firm your applying. Plus many in here will give recommendation.
At the end of the day, what matters is that you get your story told. If that takes 2 pages then so be it, but make sure you're highlighting key points in a summary section on page 1.
If you're over 10 yrs of experience and have worked at several employers I don't see how to get under 2 pages but that's just me perspective.
Well there is a certain point no one wants to read about your internships 20 years ago, this isn’t academia where you need to put everything you’ve ever done. Focus on the last 5 years
I won’t read that much 📚
