With Delta on the rise, is anyone hesitant on looking for new jobs for similar reasons when Covid originally happened last March? (Rescinded offers, pushed start dates, etc)

Are there any debt consolidation options for a professional family man with a decent credit score, who's let high interest credit card debt get out of hand? I get the mailers that entice with a low advertised rate, and then the offer comes back at something slightly less than what I am already paying. I am thinking something along the lines of a bank that I can talk to, and explain exactly where the money is going, not being apposed to a direct deposit to the card companies themselves.

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? My partner and I are moving out of our condo building in NYC at month end, and the building management (not our landlord) has communicated to us that, on top of the 1K non-refundable fee and 1K security deposit to move out (stated in lease), they are also issuing a $1,250 "sanitization fee" for the public areas (hallways/elevators), since we happen to be moving out during COVID19. We feel this is taking advantage of tenants during this time and may not be legal. Any advice helps!
