Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. Effing anxiety. Does it never go away? Mine comes and goes in cycles. I feel like I am doing fine one week, and then suddenly it arises and worsens and makes me want to end everything. Just spent a week at Revelstoke BC and that place is ridiculous! They already had 27’ of snow so far this season and it snowed every day we were there. Not for beginners and endless tree skiing and cliff hucking (if interested). Great town vibe and worth the effort to get there. Visited Fernie BC on my last trip and highly recommend that place too!
