Wondering what kind of maternity leave is offered at others place of work?
I work at a small company who recently started offering health insurance. They also recently wrote an employee handbook (after being in business for over a decade). They offer 6 weeks unpaid maternity leave. If applying to FMLA, I know you can get 12 weeks unpaid leave.
I was the 2nd employee at my job (which is predominantly women) to take maternity leave.
