What’s the referral bonus at your org and the hiring timeline?

I’ve never been good at casing. I can do initial frameworks just fine, and I can do math and brainstorming, but the “thinking out loud” piece and “driving the case” never came naturally to me. I’ve got analytical chops, I just can’t think on the fly in a time pressured scenario. I guess I don’t have the look and feel that consultants look for. Are there firms or roles (internal strategy?) where that matters less?
