Can anyone refer me in Accenture ?
Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. Shit, you wouldn’t even make it to the next round of layoffs cause you’d be gone immediately.
OP: There's no such thing as "in confidence" when you leak an information like that. Eventually people talk and the source of the leak is uncovered, so you may find yourself out the door as well. Let senior management or whoever is in charge handle the situation. Unfortunately this is the nature of business whether mature companies or startups. Sometimes difficult decisions have to be made which affect the lives of others. You divulging the information prematurely may make things worse by affecting morale or if the decision isn't yet final i.e. pending additional funding, etc.
OP: Based on your comment "you want to sow some chaos", I would say you don't belong there. Startups should work as a strong team. Perhaps speak to senior management and offer your job to someone who's going to be laid off and in the meantime you can search for another job.

That’s wildly inappropriate, OP. You’ll likely end up getting fired yourself; since this is a smallish startup they’ll probably be able to figure out who leaked.
Absolutely not. The startup space is quite small and based on size of firm, you will be identified and this could follow you - making it hard to find next job. This is a business, not Gossip Girl. Be an adult, and a professional.
