Worked for this employer for 4 years. Many people have left and their responsibilities have been dumped onto me with no recognition of my efforts to keep things working or compensation for the extra workload. The job satisfaction has now almost completely disappeared as changes to the product offering have made the work much less interesting. I am now looking for a new job pretty actively. My boss is a good guy and would be an excellent reference. Should I tell him I am looking for a way out?

Looking to move from enterprise SDR to AM/AE externally. Current comp is $50k base,$70k ote but actually hitting 90-95k. Every AE role I see pays 50k/50k(including my company).
