Please help me with the in hand salary

Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. You work the same number of hours regardless how much more responsibilities they dump on you. If you used to work 8 hours then you stop at 8 hours, more work doesn’t mean you have to work 12 hours, that’s your choice.
Have you tried talking it through with the manager, without mentioning that you wanna leave? Sometimes managers are inclined to help you, keep you. If this doesn’t work out, I’d quietly look for a way out, no need to announce it.
I've been there before. These are possible reasons why it's happening:
1. Management is enhancing that behavior. They're aware that others are dumping their responsibilities on you but since you're holding up, there's no harm (that's what management thinks).
2. You are enhancing that behavior. You are only trying to get things done, some how you manage to complete tasks even though they're cumbersome. You're not supposed to be doing that, it's a company not one man business. Management will not increase your pay or add incentives because they're trying to minimize costs.
I learned the hard way, people were not doing their job and I got blamed for it. I will never be in that situation again.
