Wow publicis is going to pay more than a brand?! That is surprising they are known for low pay
Yeah be prepared to drop that comfy lifestyle and put in a lot more hours
Hmm...starting to think the extra pay and title bump may not be worth it. Esp since work life balance here is definitely good.
Which agency? Or is it a corporate role?
Def do not recommend PHM, it’s a sweat shop in my experience

What type of role, if you can disclose the territory? Having a lousy time working w Publicis rn but not health specific
I would encourage you to talk to folks that work there now, and on the account you’ll support. PHM has almost doubled in size in the last 2 years. My experience is that there is some exciting an innovative stuff going on there. No job is perfect but determine what is important to you now and the next step you’re seeking in your career. How does the opportunity compare then? Good luck!
Nope.
You need to also consider that you would start to create a niche in an industry category which can be good or bad depending on how it fits with your career goals.
I don't know if you have seen this but there has been a consistent question from agency side people trying to go brand. If you are comfortable and paid well, I wouldn't go back to agency. Especially, a massive one.
If you’re happy where you are and you’re being compensated well, I’d think twice about jumping.
Especially since it sounds like you have a reasonable work/life balance. In lots of agencies this simply doesn’t exist, and while I don’t work at Publicis Health, I do work on the agency side and 12-hour days are a lot more common than one would think.
