Would healthcare VC’s and boutique healthcare strategy firms be interested in what I have to offer? I have multiple years of acute care experience as an RN and now have experience as an implementation consultant but it seems like these firms only want MBA’s or DR’s. Should I get some strategy experience first or what’s the best move here?

Was just told to "grow our ESG/CSR" practice at a regional consulting firm, due to my recent grad certification in sustainable biz strategy. Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.

I’m an associate at a personal injury firm in FL where I’ve been able to learn tons about litigation and get to help people every day….but I also want to get into entertainment law (it’s a dream that I can’t let die yet).

Any other first years out there worry that this virtual environment just won’t be able to teach them? I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

I am a business development manager in a small biotech incubator. My end goal is to work in commercial, BD or operations within a big pharma/biotech company. What would be best for me:

1) stay in my company to quickly become BD Director and then exit (however my learning opportunities within my current company might be limited)
2) go do consulting for a few years
