I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Interesting all the noise about these PPT, my take:

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. I recently had a specialist partner send me a fairly nasty email after I (a transactional first year) was told to ask them to review something ASAP that had clearly been on my partner’s radar for over a week. I’m on the Board of entity A (volunteer basis) and I’ll have an interview for a legal counsel position at entity B. Entity A and B have a partnership such that me working for entity B will create conflict of interest.
