Would love to hear how many monitors everyone’s at-home office features. My colleagues think I’m crazy for working off of a single monitor plus my laptop screen.

Two monitors provided but I work with one and my laptop…I guess I just prefer it

like

2 monitors provided by work, kind of want a large curved screen but probably not worth shelling out for myself

like

I only have 1 but it’s a larger curved screen.

May I ask which model you got?

What’s funny is in office, I work off of two screens but at home I do one. The problem is we use a virtual environment for our work and for meetings, Zoom works best on your regular non virtual computer. So I’ve found it easier to just have one screen for work and the other for zoom.

2 monitors + laptop screen, wish I had 3 monitors tbh

Just never stop accumulating monitors. Peak efficiency lies somewhere around 37 monitors

(Sarcasm aside i want three as well)

One monitor plus a laptop screen. But my monitor is ~44"

Except Dell branded

like

Laptop screen plus 2 large screens.

2 monitors plus my laptop monitor for teams chat

Three; my laptop screen and two 27" monitors on either side. I review a lot of documents simultaneously.

2 monitors is absolutely the way to go. Once you run a full two monitors youll question how you ever lived with 1+laptop.

If youve done two before and are fine with 1 plus laptop i salute you

Only laptop, no monitor. Thought I woyld never be able to work like this but got used to it pretty quickly.

Anyone else get frustrated when a manager ‘thinks’ they’re being helpful by actively telling you that a lot of the stuff you do to help manage your ADHD is unnecessary and there’s a better way to do it? Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.

So here are my questions.

How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.

When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

Thanks in advance!

My closest friend of 15 years told me she's been in love with me for several years. I don't know what to do. She's my closest friend. We talk about everything under the sun. I don't want to lose her. I could feel the pain in her voice as she told me this. She already knows she's just a friend to me. I'm serious about my girlfriend and we've discussed getting married. Is there anything I can do to lessen her pain and preserve the friendship?
