In your experience or opinion, what factors would influence that decision—such as changes in leadership, role, compensation, company culture, or personal growth? How important is the amount of time spent away from the company, and what would feel like a reasonable gap before returning?

I’m did observe many real-life experiences rejoining the previous company because they having cultural shock in new company.

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
