Atlanta vs Savannah vs Tampa?
McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Come to the dark side
Yes. We all do the same work just different colors on the slides.
Yup
Depends how close you are to promotion, right?
Which practice?
Is your 25% just the base or bonus included?
Just base
Yes. But I'd be a little worried that they did so many layoffs this year. How's your network at PwC and how long have you worked here?
Would you consider it a risk to transfer to Deloitte at this point? Job security does play a factor, and I feel fairly secure in my current role.
Stick with PwC - I ve heard they are way more structured. Unless you are getting 25% base salary hike + bonus
It’s 25% base. Bonus’s aren’t guaranteed at either firm for next year due to general market conditions, so not taking that in as a factor.
Coach
Without a doubt. Seems like you are in tech consulting? If so then even more so.
I would always leave my current company for 25% more... it is all about money... and you can always boomerang for more!
