What will be in hand salary.???

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I'd be wary of something like that. I have a theory about stress, it's sort of like how a gas will fill any container. If I take a lower paying job I may discover there's a still a lot of stress, it will just be different. The time factor could matter, at least that's a tangible number. If it's half as many hours, then it might make sense.
HALF?? In this economy with this cost of living? Lol no freaking way! I’ll take the stress and the money lol
Are you sure teaching will give you less stress? Unless it's once a week (which I do), teaching is more than a time commitment. It's a sacrifice of love and intention, and it requires hours of planning and ensuring you're meeting each student's style of learning. So it's best to be sure that you truly have a passion for it before jumping ship for a lower salary. I love teaching! Hoping you make the right choice.
I’d agree with this. Teaching sounds quite stressful.
Have you mastered all the material?
Are you presenting it well?
Would you still be working the same number of hours? For me, if I'm going to be away from my family, I want to maximize my earning potential, even if it means more stress. But if I were working fewer hours, I could be convinced.
All jobs should have stress. No stress means no growth and less impact = lower pay. I rather take on high stress job, high pay, invest the extra money, and retire early. Why keep working at a lower paying job even with less stress? My career has been working on technical/high stress jobs that allow me to grow and build a net worth of $5M. I plan to stop working in 5 years or when my net worth hits $8M. Hope that gives you another perspective.
