Would you take an offer at a decacorn startup (CEO-3) or at a Google (L7). Roles are both interesting. TC is same though Google is obviously all cash while startup exit is probably 2-3 years away. Other considerations are WLB where startup is likely worse and pace of impact where Google is likely worse. People are similarly nice on both ends, with exception of 1 person on each lol. What else would you think about?

I see two crowds these days. One thinks housing market will crash. The other thinks housing market will soar.
