Depends on how many hours you currently work. If you're working 40-45 the extra 50% hours worked you'll have to do isn't worth the 40% extra pay.
If you are already working 70+hour workweeks then I'd take it as long as you don't get stressed out about forced attrition
I wouldn't actively seek to work in a place like Amazon because I don't like that type of culture. But if the salary is really THAT good and the mission allows me to significantly grow in any of the areas that i need grow, I'll give it a year. But ultimately depends on where you see yourself in a few years (exactly what type of skills, references you need).

Probably yes. I hesitate because I keep hearing Amazon is long hours, but my roommate seems to work quite decent hours.
If my brother's experience is representative, then I'd be taking in ~90k for working an extra 30-40hrs a week.
