I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

I don't understand people who are like "I still haven't heard anything about my rating, salary, bonus, or continued employment with the firm despite those results becoming available a month ago. Should I do something?"
Yes! Email your RP. Email your coach. Email HR. Be proactive. Own your career.
This is a giant company that is focused on making money. You can complain about how people aren't feeding you your results, or you can understand that reality, play the game, and get results for yourself.
Not trying to be an a-hole, but for real: this is the single most important conversation you have every year. You should email your partner the moment they become available. There is absolutely no reason why you should be 2 weeks into july and still not know what your PY looked like.
I think they just do this every year. Fuck em and chuck em!

@S&2, I know a guy whose RP scheduled a post-CRT career outlook for June. Then at the last minute set up an informal chat a week before the scheduled career outlook meeting and laid him off. They aren't going to broadcast the fact that they are going to lay you off you know.

If they "right size" you out of the firm before oct 1, do they still give you your bonus? Technically you have to be employed by the firm to collect it, (as a retention mechanism) but if you are let go in advance, what happens?
Only looking for responses from people who have been in this position, not salty people who just love to shit on PWC.
P5 you have to be employed at the time of bonus payout so if you leave before whether of your own volition or not, you get nothing.
