My attorney and PwC general counsel are in discussions.... and thanks, but I don't need luck, I'll be fine, actually more than fine :-) get some extra time with my baby! Already being "fast-tracked" through other firms recruiting processes...

Yup - PwC 17 - you don't need HR anymore, you need a lawyer too, like others have said. Your situation is above their pay grade.

I don't think you have tried to connect with my RP or my coach. They are based in a different location and the coach is not responsive. RP rescheduled my meeting 3 times already and I know other people in the same situation with him. What am I wrong about?
No, but it's more than just comp. if you are only connecting every July about your year and your comp -- are you really building internal relationships, which are absolutely critical to early promotions and good opportunities?
They definitely let partners go.... especially if they've been a partner for less than 3 years.
The situation I've seen where a partner / principal was "counseled/bought out" wasn't given a seat at the table. Those in leadership roles are.
