Somebody say layoffs?

Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

I mentioned VLookup in a training class last week and knew I’d get skewered.
But yes, XLookup was the consensus! Whatever the heck it is…

I agree
But…isn’t it….slower?
There’s a middle spot where the data is large enough to become annoyingly slow, but not large enough to warrant me googling how to power query. One tab with lots of data is fine. Two tabs is fine. Three is fine. But stuff adds up reeeaaal quick sometimes…
I know PMs that I have shown xlookup and index/match, explained the differences, and they still go back to using vlookup.
For one of them, it was the final straw that got me to roll them off my project.
Jfc hahahahahaha
