Yesterday, I overheard my neighbor talking to her dog and saying something about how she would "teach him a lesson if he doesn't start behaving." I was busy at the time, so I didn't think too much of it, but last night, I heard the most heartbreaking whimper from her place, and I'm worried she's abusing her dog 🙁 What would you do? Can I even do anything about it?

SOS I’m a first year teacher. I’m at a VERY challenging school district & a different culture than I’ve ever been around before. I cant get through a full day’s lesson! I spend more time disciplining!
