How to make resume more ATS friendly?

I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Ask all of these questions…
Why do you want to work here?
Why should we hire you?
What are you really good at?
What are you least confident in?
What do you need from me?
If we hire you, what’s in it for me?
Pinkie swear on that?
What was your first thought when I asked you to pinkie swear?
What does that say about you?
If they pinkie swear consider hiring.
if they don’t pinkie swear adios that joker.
How are you going to respond to these Gen Z brats who leave at five and can’t be counted on to deliver anything.

Was recently interviewed by people who would report to me and was asked a couple of things that I thought were good:
1. What would your direct reports say about working for you?
2. How do you manage up to leadership / clients?
Ask for feedback on what you're wearing. As a feedback test.
Ask me instead! 😂🤣
What is your creative process?
How do you generate ideas and how do you work with the team to bring those to life?
What are the areas of creative that you gravitate toward? Why?
What are the areas in creative you tend to shy away from? Why?
What's your leadership style?
How do you approach clients when they have difficult feedback you don't agree with?
What's your approach to coaching your team?
How do you approach working with the accounts team?
What's a difficult leadership situation you've had to navigate and how did you do it?
I'm any interview situation you should be trying to figure out what value they bring to the team, the client, your agency and (if they'll manage you or be in a leadership position above you) what mentoring experience they can provide you in your career. Ideally they check all of those boxes.
CDs have to be effective giving direction and criticism. Ask them how others would describe their management style. Ask them for examples how they are able to give constructive criticism while still keeping team members motivated.
Just try to have a conversation to get to know each other. Get a sense of their personality, and maybe share some of your interests to see if you have anything in common. Remember, it’s an interview, not an interrogation.
I don’t think you could lay out expectations and discover red flags in just one call. Someone else within the leadership team had already asked those questions, and at the end of the day, it’s their call.
Remember, you CCO/ECD already liked the person and felt it’d be a good fit for the team.
And obviously, there’s no right answer. This is just my approach since I believe it’s always better to know the person you’d be working with for a long period of time.
Can you get me a raise?
